finally read thr the sec2s proposal in detailed. i reali din wanna say anything. or to scold them or anything. cos i reali dun have the energy to scold anyone. including my brother. even tho i was a bit pissed off at him also jus now. tt applies to myjuniors. i dun wan to scold them. noone enjoys scolding ppl anyway. then after tt i was probing should i let them try it out b4 learning their mistakes. or shld i jus help dem. i mean yah lah. u all learn frm ur mistakes. it's like after organing smth then i realise what went wrong and planned a betta enrol camp.
in a sense i was rather fed up too. mebee it's jus to much admin work around. and i am totally sick of admin work. back to proposal and i feel that dey are not making decisions demself sumtimes. i mean i wanna train all of them as leaders and tinkers, and not jus a few, which alwaiz does happen. i feel like pushing dem to their limits, and not be sum tofu generation. how to say. i jus feel dem sum of dem have potential lah. and not lah now.. those "expected leaders" only..i mean if sum of dem be more serious, more open up, more wadava or less this less that. dey can become quite good too. that's jus my two cents worth.
anyway, i feel the propsoal is jus passable. but since it's their first time, i might gif dem a bit higher. tink we have a lot of hard work to put in anyway. cos i seriously tink tt it's still the tofu generation mode. applies to the sec1s as well.
and i think that if u predict the standard will fall if u are in charge. then work harder so as to not make it happen.. even if it reali happens, u can tell urself tt u did ur best to prevent it. but i guess in a sense. eryone lost their original love and passion. at lest it applies to me, wad i haf now is jus respondsibility tt is binding me.
anyway, sick now. but still mus push myself to continue. still haf loads of rc stuff to do. anyway, a big thank you to sum ppl who encouraged me, altho all of u are not be from rc or frm my unit. -hugz-going for tkgs campfire ltr. but mus go hq first also. sigh, shall see steph, yuching, xinhui, joycelyn and all the others agn. yay :)
